Job Description: 

As the part of a dynamic, agile Quality Assurance team, you would be a key contributor to testing multiple web applications. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Understand the customer's business processes and simulate end user behavior. Work closely with the client to decide functional testing strategies.
• Document any issues found in a bug tracking system (JIRA) with all pertinent details.
• Understand all components of the system architecture at a high level and isolate the components causing an issue, along with documentation of why you believe the issue can be isolated to the specific component.
• Develop automated tests, load tests using tools such as Selenium, Sikuli and JMeter.

Work as a member of a 6 people team at a company that has a very flat hierarchy and offers excellent growth opportunities and exposure to world class software.

Qualification Criteria:

MUST HAVE

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with hands-on testing of web applications.
• Some programming/scripting experience.
• Strong analytical skills.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience using Firebug, Fiddler, Charles proxy etc.
• Prior development experience.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience with web applications *at a real company* (Testing experience at institutes will not be counted).

Education: BE / MCS / MCA / MCM or equivalent

Qualification Criteria:

Must Have:
